Assurance of the design quality
Quality of the activities is ensured by the existing certified quality management system which includes:
- fulfillment and control of contractual obligations;
- establishment of a system of responsibilities and powers for chiefs and persons in charge for fulfillment of the contractual obligations;
- fulfillment and inspection of the requirements in the design documentation;
- purchases of the raw materials, accessories, services and their control;
- development of requested documentation for fulfillment of the contractual obligations (standards, technical, regulations, etc.);
- provision with resources;
- logging of quality records, as required by Contracts and Agreements and in conformity with the quality management system in force;
- monitoring of quality to reveal non-conformities, including those potential, and for fast relevant corrective and preventive actions;
Any Customer has opportunity to inspect quality of the equipment fabrication by attending fabrication, tests, shipment, and verification of the documentation (quality records) as provided for in the related Contract.
All quality reports on the equipment fabrication can be submitted to Customers, if required.
